Dosage
- 1 tablet twice daily with meals

- Glucosamine sulphate potassium chloride 942 mg equiv. glucosamine sulphate 750 mg

Silica - colloidal anhydrous 20 mg
- Manganese amino acid chelate 47 mg equiv. manganese 7.5 mg
- Borax 13 mg equiv. boron 1.5 mg
- Zinc bisglycinate (Zinc amino acid chelate) 50 mg equiv. zinc 10 mg
Warnings
Contains seafood, sodium
- Not to be taken by children under 2 years old
- Recommended daily dose contains 144 mg of sodium
- Glucosamine derived from seafood; also contains crustacean products
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
