Dosage
- Adults and children over 14 years:
- Acute: 1 tablet daily with a meal
- Maintenance: ½ tablet daily with a meal

Zinc bisglycinate (Zinc amino acid chelate) 250 mg equiv. zinc 50 mg
- Pyridoxal 5-phosphate monohydrate (P5P) 50 mg equiv. pyridoxine 31.9 mg
- Manganese amino acid chelate 19 mg equiv. manganese 3 mg
Warnings
- Dietary supplements should not replace a balanced diet
- Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period
- Contains vitamin B6; stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible
