Excipients: microcrystalline cellulose, colloidal anhydrous silica, size 1 hard hypromellose capsule.

Met5Q™ contains the highly bio-available form of folate known as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate from glucosamine trademarked as the patented Quatrefolic®.
Quatrefolic® is a registered trademark of Gnosis. This ingredient has equivalent D-5-methylfolate less than 0.10%.
Directions for use
Adults: Take 1 capsule with water, once daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
