Ancient Minerals bath flakes are the dry flakes of magnesium chloride and other naturally-occurring trace minerals in a convenient, highly soluble and economical form. Magnesium chloride is widely used in restorative baths and foot soaks due to its high solubility and ease of use in warm water. Our flakes dissolve quickly and leave no grit or residue behind.
Some individuals with sensitive skin may prefer this method of application to the more concentrated Ancient Minerals Magnesium Oil.

Ingredients:
Genuine Zechstein magnesium chloride flakes (and trace minerals)
Approximately 15g elemental magnesium per cup
How To Use:
Dissolve 1-3 cups of magnesium flakes into a warm foot bath or full tub bath and soak for 30 minutes or more.
The temperature of the water should be warm, but not hot. Hot water may cause the skin to eliminate rather than absorb.
Following the bath, rinse skin with cool running water, then pat skin dry with a towel and apply a natural moisturiser.
