Directions for Use:

Contains alcohol
Alcohol is a necessary ingredient in some liquid herbal medicines, including Iberogast, because it helps extract and dissolve the herbal components. The alcohol in Iberogast also works as a preservative.
A single adult dose of Iberogast IBS + Digestive Relief (20 drops) contains just 0.24g of alcohol. By comparison, many everyday foods and drinks contain small amounts of alcohol. For example, an average glass of apple juice can contain 0.3–0.7 g and an average slice of rye bread can contain 0.3–0.4 g.
