Contains 500mg of bromelain, a proteolytic enzyme (protein digesting) derived from the fruit and stem of pineapple that assists in the digestion of protein.

Directions for Use:
Adults and children over 12 years:
For digestion - Take 1 capsule twice daily before meals.
For soft tissue trauma - Take 1 capsule daily between meals.
Take as above or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Children under 12 years:
Take only as directed by your healthcare professional.
