Each tablet contains herbal extracts dry concentrate:Astragalus (Astragalus membranaceus) root 200mg, dry equiv.3g (3000mg) Ligustrum (Ligustrum lucidum) fruit 100mg, dry equiv.1g (1000mg) White atractylodes (Atractylodes macrocephala) root 150mg, dry equiv.750mg Codonopsis (Codonopsis pilosula ) root 150mg, dry equiv.750mg Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) fruiting body 65mg, dry equiv.650mg Siberian ginseng (Eleutherococcus senticosus) root 30mg, dry equiv.450mg Schisandra (Schisandra chinensis) fruit 60mg, dry equiv.300mg Chinese licorice (Glycyrrhiza uralensis) root and stolon 20mg, dry equiv.100mg

Recommended dosage by Oriental Botanicals:
Adults: Take 2 tablets one to two times a day, or as professionally prescribed.
