Recommended daily dosage:
1 softgel per circa 30 kg body weight. Adjust serving size based on body weight.
Example: Adults with body weight 50–60 kg: 2 softgels daily. Adults with body weight 80–90 kg: 3 softgels daily.
Maximum 5 softgels per day. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
